My course is not listed under Register.All courses and dates are not made visible on the website. However, Vital Hearts, LLC is available to teach majority of the courses offered through the American Red Cross and American Health Safety Institute (ASHI). If you require a course and a date hasn't been set, please call 601-473-1950 or email to have the course made available to you.

How do I gain access to my digital certificate?You will receive an email containing a link to your digital certificate once your instructor enters his or her class roster. Only participants with valid email addresses will receive an email.

Why does Vital Hearts require payment before enrolling?Our classes have a limit. We enroll students on a first-come, first serve basis. Holding spaces for people who don’t pay causes us to reach our maximum and turn away people who were willing to prepay and attend class. For this reason, our company requires prepayment.

What is the age requirement for me to enroll in a course?There is no age requirement. Registered participants must be able to perform the skills to American Red Cross Standards.

What are the class delivery types?Classroom: Held in a traditional classroom setting. Online: Instruction is provided virtually. This format is standalone and does not allow you to demonstrate your skill proficiency to a certified instructor, and therefore your certification may not meet the requirements for workplace safety if you select this option only. Online + Classroom (BL): This option is good for students who wish to take most of their class online and complete a short assessment “in-person” skills session. Online access is delivered up to 24 hours after registration. Students receive the SAME 2- year AMERICAN RED CROSS CERTIFICATION as traditional classroom students.

When does my American Red Cross certification expire?FA/CPR/AED: 2- years Bloodborne Pathogens: 1-year Basic Life Support: 2 years FA/CPR/AED Instructor Certification: 2 years **From the date of your initial certification.

Is a textbook required for class?No. However, students are encouraged print a FREE participants manual from the Resource tab. Please bring a paper, pen, and a SMILE. If you're enrolled in the FA-CPR-AED Instructor class. Please refer to the emails. This class requires textbooks. Digital or Hard copy.

Why are other websites cheaper than Vital Hearts?Our goal is not striving to be the cheapest, We strive to be the BEST. Look out for fake CPR classes that offer instant online certification. The American Red Cross does not give or issue instant cards online. Vital Hearts curriculum is approved by the American Red Cross and our prices will always be competitive and lower than most.

Can I bring additional guests to class?Seating is limited. Only registered participants can stay in a training. Others will be asked to leave or register.

Do you teach on short notices?If instructors are available, we will teach. Call or email for availability.

What forms of payment do you accept?Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, PayPal, and Money Orders. Cash is accepted with prior approval. No Personal CHECKS. Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay and Cash App is accepted. Please text or call 601-473-1950 prior to booking your class to pay with these apps. Vital Hearts LLC offer payment plans on FA-CPR-AED Instructor Trainings' only. This type of plan has to be setup via invoice. Please call our office.

I’m enrolled in a blended learning class and need to know how to access the online portion?Please check your inbox/spam. You will receive an email from the American Red Cross or ASHI. The email will most likely come from their "Salesforce Automation Dept." or ASHI.

Which class do I need?Please check with your employer, school, or those requiring certification to make sure you are enrolling in the correct class.

What is your refund policy?NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will be happy to allow you to transfer your class. Please view our class policy and FAQs.

What is your privacy policy?Vital Hearts, LLC is committed to protecting our customer’s privacy. We do not sell, trade or share your personal information with anyone. We take your privacy very serious and will always honor the trust you place in us when using our company.

How much is a private or training?Training rates are listed on our website. Please add $25/pp for individual or private training or certifications. This type of training is 1:1 with a licensed and certified Instructor.

Do I have to take a written exam to get a certification?Participants are NOT required to pass a written final exam in order to receive certification; however, a written exam may be administered if it is requested or required by an employer, course provider, or state or local regulations. Completing and/or mastering your in-person "Skills Check" will determine if you receive your certification. Those enrolling in a FA-CPR-AED Instructor Course are required to take an online exam. Participants must pass with at least 80%.

Will I receive a discount for enrolling in multiple courses?Currently, Vital Hearts, LLC does not offer discounts for enrolling in multiple courses. Please check our website often for updates.

Does Vital Hearts give a discount on group trainings?"Yes, we offer a one-time discount on group trainings with 5 or more participants. Please call or email our office for a quote on group training.

What if a business cancels a training without a proper 7-day notice?If a business cancels a training w/o a 7-day notice, your business is responsible for the entire amount of the training and Vital Hearts, LLC w/not offer future trainings for your company or business. Holding our books prevent us from allowing paying customers to book. This causes our business to lose money. This notice must be sent via email to vitalheartsllc@yahoo.com

How much do you charge to travel?Mileage is based on the current IRS mileage rate. A business discount will be applied if Vital Hearts LLC is traveling for multiple (5) or more participants. We do not charge travel within a 15 mile radius of 39110.

How does your payment plan work?Payments are divided by 2 for those enrolled or interested in enrolling in a FA/CPR/AED Instructor class. Payment 1 is due the day the participant enrolls. This is 50% of the class amount. Payment 2 is due 14 days before the class date. Participants are encouraged to register for this type of training soon. Early registration gives participants enough time to make payments over time. Regardless of participants registration time, the balance is due in full 14 days prior to the start of class. Invoices or payments not received on the due date will be voided after 3-days. Participants will forfeit any monies paid and class seat. No credits or refunds will be issued. No exception.

I'm sick and can't attend my training.If you're sick and unable to attend your training. Vital Hearts LLC will waive a portion of your transfer fee. This only applies to those sick with (COVID-19, Flu, Strep, Fever about 100 degrees, or Pneumonia). To take advantage of this partial discount, email our office with a copy of your excuse or documentation showing a positive result. This is not mandatory and/or required. All excuses are confidential and will be discarded after viewing. Our office must be notified 72 hours before your missed class. No same day request will be honored. No exceptions.

What is a group training?To conduct on-site training, we require a minimum of 6 participants. We do not make exceptions to this rule.
