How do I gain access to my digital certificate?
You will receive an email containing a link to your digital certificate once your instructor enters his or her class roster and has confirmed the basic class and participant information in the Red Cross Learning Center. Only participants with valid email addresses will receive an email.
Why does Vital Hearts, LLC require payment before enrolling?
Our classes have a limit. We enroll students on a first-come, first serve basis. Holding spaces for people who don’t pay causes us to reach our maximum and turn away people who were willing to prepay and attend class. For this reason, our company requires prepayment.
What is the age requirement for me to enroll in FA/CPR/AED courses?
There is no age requirement.
What are the class types?
Classroom: Held in a traditional classroom setting.
Online: Instruction is provided virtually. This format is standalone and does not allow you to demonstrate your skill proficiency to a certified instructor, and therefore your certification may not meet the requirements for workplace safety if you select this option only.
Online + Classroom: This option is good for students who wish to take most of their class online and complete a short assessment “in-person” skills session. Online access is delivered up to 24 hours after registration. Students receive the SAME 2- year AMERICAN RED CROSS CERTIFICATION as traditional classroom students.
When does my American Red Cross certification expire?
FA/CPR/AED: 2 years
Bloodborne Pathogens: 1 year
Is a textbook required for class?
No. However, students are encouraged print a FREE participants manual from the Resource tab. Please bring a paper, pen, and a SMILE.
Where does Vital Hearts, LLC hold trainings?
Each class location, date, and time will be listed when registering for a course.
What are your hours of operation?
Classes are taught 7 days a week. Please check website for class availability/ scheduling

Why are other websites cheaper than Vital Hearts, LLC?
Our goal is not striving to be the cheapest, We strive to be the BEST. Look out for fake CPR classes that offer instant online certification. The American Red Cross does not give or issue instant cards online. Vital Hearts, LLC curriculum is approved by the American Red Cross and our prices will always be competitive and lower than most.
Can I bring my kids or family to class?
Seating is limited. Only registered participants can stay in a training.
Do you teach on short notices?
If instructors are available, we will teach. Call or email for availability.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, PayPal. Money Orders and Cash are accepted with prior approval. No CHECKS.
What should I wear to class?
Classes involve hands-on practice. It’s recommended you wear comfortable clothes that will allow you to move around. Please pin/tie long hair up or back.
I’m enrolled in a blended learning class and need to know how to access the online portion?

Which Class do I need?
Please check with your employer or those requiring certification to make sure you are enrolling in the correct class.
What is your refund policy?
NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes blended learning classes. Once the link is emailed/issued to you we WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND!

How much is a private training?
Training rates are listed on our website. Please add $25/pp for individual or private trainings or certifications. This type of training is 1:1.
Do I have to take a written exam to get a certification?
Participants are not required to pass a final exam in order to receive certification in an American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED course; however, a written exam maybe administered if it is requested or required by an employer, course provider, or state or local regulations.
Will I receive a discount for enrolling in multiple courses?
Currently, Vital Hearts, LLC does not offer discounts for enrolling in multiple courses. Please check our website often for updates.
Does Vital Hearts, LLC give a discount on group trainings?
Yes. Please call or email our office for a quote on group trainings.
My course is not listed under Register?
All courses and dates are not made visible on the website. However, Vital Hearts, LLC is available to teach ALL COURSES listed under the course description tab. If you require a course and a date hasnt been set, please call 601-473-1950 or email to have the course posting made available to you.
