Service Description

American Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and AED Instructor Course Payment Plans Available (3% admin: fee)* - Upfront Payment: $249.50 - Remaining Balance: $249.50 (payments can be made on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis) The entire balance is due approximately 14 days before class. NO EXCEPTIONS! Course Overview: This course will train participants to become instructors for basic-level First Aid, CPR, and AED courses through the American Red Cross. It's ideal for individuals and groups like companies, churches, community groups, school districts, or those seeking extra income or industry-required certification. Requirements: - Must have a current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED certification (or equivalent). This certification can come from another company (Ex. AHA, ASHI..). - Must be at least 16 years old on the last day of the course. In-Person Session Requirements: - Demonstrate competency in practice and polish skills to continue in the course. - Attend and actively participate in all sessions. - Complete all class activities, including practice-teaching assignments. - Demonstrate instructor-level skill competency, including: - Adult CPR/AED, Infant CPR/AED, Adult and Infant Choking, Direct Pressure to Control Bleeding. Course Structure: - Blended learning: online content, skills session, and classroom segments. - Online material must be completed before attending classroom activities. Training Inclusions: - Breakfast, Snack, Water, breathing barrier, pocket mask, gloves, sanitation wipes, training literature. Materials Needed: - Current American Red Cross Instructor's Manual, Participant's Manual, Course Presentation (digital/printed versions). - Internet access, and computer/tablet/laptop. - Resources available through the American Red Cross Store and downloadable at course launch. Exam: - Must pass with at least 80% (online assignment). This is before your in-person class. - Note: Enrollment does not guarantee certification.
