Does Vital Hearts LLC still offer First Aid, CPR, & AED (BL)?Yes! We're the same company, we just EXPANDED to serve you better. We still offer First Aid, CPR, and AED classes, along with a variety of other vocational programs to help you gain essential skills and certifications for your career. Please view the schedule under classes to view our schedule.

Basic Life Support (BLS)?Yes, we offer Basic Life Support (BLS) classes! Please check the upcoming class schedule under "Classes." If you don’t see a date that works for you, feel free to call or email the office to check availability.

Refund Policy?Vital Hearts LLC does not offer refunds or credits on the following classes and/or services: FA, CPR,AED, Basic Life Support (BLS), Babysitters Training, Pathogens, Virtual Skills/Classes, Challenges', Consultations, or Vocational Program Registration Fees. Students enrolled in a vocational program should view the Enrollment Agreement and/or Catalog for the most up-to-date information regarding a refund. This applies to the following vocational programs: CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), EKG, Medical Assistant (CMA or MA), Pharmacy Tech, or Phlebotomy.

Hours of Operation?Vital Hearts LLC operate by appointment only. Appointments can be made by calling or emailing. Please no text request. Our in-person hours of availability are subject to change without notice and are based on class enrollment. Monitor the website, social media platforms, or call for current hours of operation. Tentative Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. (On-Call) 5:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. (Open) Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (Open) and 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (On-Call) Sunday: 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. (On-Call)

What forms of payment are accepted by Vital Hearts LLC?We will gladly accept debit, credit, business checks, payment apps, and cash (with prior authorization). If you're interested in paying with a payment app such as (Cash Apple, Zettle, Venmo, or etc..) you may be required to call or text the office at 601-473-1950 to notify us. Otherwise, proceed to the payment screen to checkout.

Can I bring guest to class?No additional guests are permitted to accompany you unless they are receiving paid services. This policy applies to all individuals, including children and spouses. No exception. Customers or students attempting to break this rules will be dismissed immediately and forfeit any monies paid.

Class Delivery Formats?We offer the following class formats: In-Person: Face-to-face instruction with direct interaction. Traditional: A face-to-face learning experience in a classroom setting. Hybrid/Blended Learning (BL): A combination of online coursework and in-person sessions to complete the class or training. Online: A fully online learning format, with 100% of the course content delivered virtually.

What is the meaning of BL?BL stands for Blended Learning, a learning format that combines online coursework with in-person class attendance. Students or participants are required to complete an online component and attend physical classes.

I’m enrolled in a First Aid, CPR, and AED class. When will I receive my certification?Vital Hearts, LLC don't believe in making our customers wait. Therefore, we issue certification the same day you complete your training. Please check the email you provided when you registered for your class.

What type of certification do you issue?Our FA, CPR, AED or BLS certification is issued through the American Red Cross or HSI (Health Safety Institute).

Do you take photos or record in your classes or trainings?Vital Hearts periodically takes pictures and records videos throughout our training/classes/workshops. These images and videos are only used for marketing purposes. If a participant, customer, or visitor would like to opt out of being recorded or photographed, please notify the Vital Hearts LLC staff prior to your class. This can be done by calling, emailing, or texting our office. If our staff does not receive an opt-out notice via phone, email, or text, it is understood each registered participant(s) have read class/company policy and agrees/consents to be photographed, recorded, and/or both.

Class Transfer Fee? (Excluding Vocational Programs)The class transfer fee is 50% of your original class. This fee must be received before transfers are processed and confirmed. Participants must find a new class, email the office to confirm the date/time is available, and pay the transfer invoice. The online request must be made 48 hours prior to the start of your class (excluding Instructor Class). No same-day request will be honored. This includes no-shows and tardiness. Participants may transfer a total of one time and the training must be completed within 30 days of the original class date. Please choose a class date and location you will be able to attend.

FA,CPR, & AED Instructor Class Transfer Fee(s)60 days before a class will be allowed to transfer a total of (1) time without incurring a transfer fee. No fee. 59-30 days before the class will be assessed a $95 transfer fee. No refund. 29-15 days before the class will be assessed a $125 transfer fee. No refund. 14-7 days before the class will be assessed a $150 transfer fee. No refund. 6-4 days before the class will be assessed a fee of 50% of your class amount. No refund. 3-1 day before your class will forfeit your class. No transfers allowed. No exception. No refund.
