Vital Hearts LLC operate by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins.
Appointments can be made by calling or emailing. Please no text request. Our in-person hours of availability are subject to change without notice and are based on class enrollment. Monitor the website, social media platforms, our facility door, or call for current hours of operation.

Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. (On-Call) 5:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. (by appointment only)
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (by appointment only)
Sunday: Closed

We still offer First Aid, CPR, and AED classes, along with a variety of other vocational programs to help you gain essential skills and certifications for your career.

No refund. No exception.
Transfers options are not available for no-shows. Participants are required to register for a new class.
Classes are added weekly. This does not include vocational training.
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. This includes but is not limited to being respectful of their Instructor and classmates. If a student/participant causes a disruption, disrespects, or openly causes a problem or issue in one of our training, they will be immediately removed and banned indefinitely.
No refunds. No credits. We kindly ask you to be respectful in your training or workshop.
Vocational students should refer to the catalog and Enrollment Agreement.
Yes, we offer Basic Life Support (BLS) classes! Please check the upcoming class schedule under "Classes." If you don’t see a date that works for you, feel free to call or email the office to check availability.
Vital Hearts LLC does not offer refunds or credits on the following classes and/or services: Any American Red Cross Class/Training/Course not limited to: FA, CPR,AED, Basic Life Support (BLS), Babysitters Training, Pathogens, Virtual Skills/Classes, Challenges', Consultations, or Vocational Program Registration/Application Fees.
Students enrolled in a vocational program should view the Enrollment Agreement Catalog, or both for the most up-to-date information regarding a refund. This applies to the following vocational programs: CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), EKG, Medical Assistant (CMA or MA), Patient Care Technician (PCT), or Phlebotomy.
We will gladly accept debit, credit, business checks, payment apps, and cash (with prior authorization).
If you're interested in paying with a payment app such as (Cash, Apple Pay, Zettle, Venmo, or etc..) you may be required to call the office at 601-473-1950 to notify us. Otherwise, proceed to the payment screen to checkout.
No additional guests are permitted to accompany you unless they are receiving paid services. This policy applies to all individuals, including children and spouses. No exception.
Customers or students attempting to break this rules will be dismissed immediately and forfeit any monies paid.
Full Payment Required: Certification will only be issued once full payment is received and training is completed. No partial payments are accepted unless prior arrangements have been made.
Cancellation Policy: If a company cancels training without providing a 14-day written notice via email, full payment is still required. No exceptions.
Rescheduling Policy: A $75 rescheduling fee will apply in addition to the training fee. Training may only be rescheduled once, as rescheduled sessions take up availability that could be used by other clients.
Late Payment Fee: Invoices not paid by the due date will incur a 10% late fee every 30 days until the balance is paid in full. Excluding vocational invoices.
No Same-Day Changes: No modifications to training sessions will be allowed on the day of training. This includes adding or removing participants, extending time, changing dates, or delaying the session. Training must begin on time and follow the required curriculum. No exceptions.
Instructors will cancel a company's or business training after approximately 15 minutes. NO EXCEPTIONS! Your business will still be responsible for the entire amount of your training. Students must arrive on time and be present for the entire class to receive certification. No late admittance will be allowed.
We offer the following class formats:
In-Person: Face-to-face instruction with direct interaction.
Traditional: A face-to-face learning experience in a classroom setting.
Hybrid/Blended Learning (BL): A combination of online coursework and in-person sessions to complete the class or training.
Online: A fully online learning format, with 100% of the course content delivered virtually.
BL stands for Blended Learning. This learning format combines online coursework with in-person class attendance. Students or participants are required to complete an online component and attend physical classes.
Vital Hearts, LLC don't believe in making our customers wait. Therefore, we issue certification the same day you complete your training. Please check the email you provided when you registered for your class.
Certification is based on the class or program you choose.
Our courses for lay-responders and/or the general public such as FA, CPR, AED or BLS certification courses are issued through the American Red Cross (ARC).
Vocational students should view the Catalog or Enrollment Agreement as it pertains to their program.
Vital Hearts periodically takes pictures and records videos throughout our training/classes/workshops. These images and videos are only used for marketing purposes. If a participant, customer, or visitor would like to opt out of being recorded or photographed, please notify the Vital Hearts LLC staff prior to your class. This can be done by calling, emailing, or texting our office.
If our staff does not receive an opt-out notice via phone, email, or text, it is understood each registered participant(s) have read class/company policy and agrees/consents to be photographed, recorded, and/or both.
The class transfer fee is 50% of your original class. This fee must be received before transfers are processed and confirmed. Participants must find a new class, email the office to confirm the date/time is available, and pay the transfer invoice. The online request must be made 48 hours prior to the start of your class (excluding Instructor Class). No same-day request will be honored. This includes no-shows and tardiness.
Participants may transfer a total of one time and the training must be completed within 30 days of the original class date. Please choose a class date and location you will be able to attend.
60 days before a class will be allowed to transfer a total of (1) time without incurring a transfer fee. No fee.
59-30 days before the class will be assessed a $95 transfer fee. No refund.
29-15 days before the class will be assessed a $125 transfer fee. No refund.
14-7 days before the class will be assessed a $150 transfer fee. No refund.
6-4 days before the class will be assessed a fee of 50% of your class amount. No refund.
3-1 day before your class will forfeit your class. No transfers allowed. No exception. No refund.
Students that arrive to his/her class and do not complete the required online component will be required to transfer to another class. Please view our transfer policy.
Students will receive an electronic copy of their certificate upon completion of the class. Please be sure to check the email address provided during registration. If needed, students can also visit the American Red Cross website and use the "Certificate Lookup" feature to view or print their certificate at any time.
Students enrolled in Allied Healthcare Programs should contact the school via email or phone.
Yes, Vital Hearts can accommodate last-minute requests for (non-vocational training classes) if we have available instructors. Please note that there is an additional $25 convenience fee for last-minute bookings.
We strive to be flexible to meet your immediate educational needs whenever possible. Feel free to contact us to check on the availability and to secure your spot.
