NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS. This includes participants who do not successfully complete the course or prerequisites, do not attend all scheduled class dates and times, do not pass course skills with proficiency (according to American Red Cross requirements) or do not pass the written exam with a score of at least 80 percent (if required).


The class transfer fee is 50% of your original class per person. This fee must be received before transfers are processed and confirmed. Participants must find a new class, email the office to confirm the date/time is available, and pay transfer invoice. Online request must be made 48 hours prior to the start of your class. No same day request will be honored. This includes: no-shows and tardiness.


Participants may transfer a total of one time and training must be completed within 30 days of the original class date. Please choose a class date and location you will be able to attend.


Vital Hearts, LLC reserves the right to cancel any class. If a class is cancelled, registered participants will be given the option to transfer to another class without incurring the class transfer fee or receive a full refund.


No refund. No exception.



Students must arrive on time and be present for the entire class to receive certification. No late admittance will be allowed.


If an organization or client have an outstanding balance with Vital Hearts, LLC this balance must be paid prior to our company issuing certification to participants.


If an organization or client schedules a class and after the instructor arrives the organization or client delays the instructor(s) from beginning the course, the organization or client will be charged at a rate of $25/ hour which will be billed in 30-minute increments. This will be billed to the organizations or client original payment method(s). Certification cards will NOT be issued until balance is PAID IN FULL.



  Vital Hearts LLC will not issue American Red Cross certification until payment is made in FULL and the training    is complete unless prior arrangements have been made. No partial payment(s) will be accepted.


  Payment is due in FULL if your company and/or business cancels a training w/o a proper 7 day written notice.      This notice will only be accepted via email only. No exceptions.


  Your company and/or business is responsible for paying Vital Hearts LLC a fee of $125 in addition to your         training fee(s) for rescheduling your training. Rescheduling a training(s) fills our books and keeps us from doing   business with other establishments that are willing to pay. You or your business will only be allowed to   reschedule your training a maximum of (1) time.

 Invoices that are not paid on or before the due date will be assessed a 10% fee of the total amount of the   invoice every 30 days. 


 By accepting and/or viewing the invoice, you/your company/business agree to these terms set forth by Vital Hearts, LLC.
